Noosa Bliss: Trading in My Boots For Bikinis

Hello Bliss Seekers, according to some of my fellow bloggers residing in the Northern hemisphere, winter is beginning to sneak up on them. I'm hearing lots of talk about moody grey skies, cooler winter hues and cosy afternoons indoors.

It seems that here in the South East corner of Queensland Australia, we are staring straight into the face of Summer with our bright blue skies, crystal clear turquoise waters, burning hot sand on the beach and balmy heat though daylight hours

I can honestly say that we haven't experienced a real winter here this year. I'm not sure if I should be worried about this fact with global warming and all; but that is another post for a different blog. In any case, my jeans barely made it out of my wardrobe while my boots never actually saw the light of day. It has been thongs, and no not that type I mean the flip flop variety, all year round.

As you can see from my Instagram pics that I have included in this post, you wouldn't know it isn't even summer yet. Though I must admit, all the global warming issues aside, that I have been happy to trade in wearing my boots for wearing my favourite bikinis. These on the other hand, have never really made it back into my wardrobe. They've either been hanging in my shower drying, hanging on my bathroom door waiting to be worn or on me and at the beach. Which reminds me, it might be time to do a bit of bikini shopping again soon!

Sending you much bliss, Heather xx
