Well my dear Bliss Seekers, Spring has officially sprung! For those of us in the Southern hemisphere at least. Though I must admit I can't complain about our winter, it was quite balmy this year. The water temperature is already around 21 degrees and makes for a pleasantly invigorating swim. You'll be pleased to know that the dip in the ocean that I spoke of in my last post worked a treat. Salt water and sunshine seems to have a wonderful effect on me.
After months of trying to read more often and failing, I currently have my head buried in an amazing book, it is called Sister by Rosamund Lupton. It is my current book club read and I simply can't put it down. It is the story of Beatrice's frantic search to find her missing younger sister Tess. It seems the more she finds out about the circumstances of Tess's disappearance, the less she really knows about her little sister. I'm only half way through but so far, it has kept me fascinated and I'm looking forward to dedicating some time to it later this after noon.
So, being Sunday, Father's Day (here in Oz) and the first day of spring, we're off to Noosa to have a picnic lunch by the beach. After all, what else would this ocean loving family be doing on such a day. Hope you find some bliss today too, Heather xx
