Bliss Inspiration : Mood Board and Design Ideas

Future Design Ideas for My Ocean Bliss

As my e-course classes with Holly Becker draw to a close, I must tell you how fantastic and inspiring it has been. A highlight was to take the time to consider my dream goals for My Ocean Bliss and create the above mood board for it's future direction.

I think when you start a new project such as blogging, it is easy to get into a constant flow of energy and enthusiasm without occasionally taking the time to stop and evaluate which direction your actually heading in. So the opportunity to pause, re-evaluate, consider and dream a little has been extremely beneficial for my creative ideas for the future. I can't believe how much I have learnt in the last few months of blogging, especially when I look back at the mood board I created during my last Blog Your Way class only six months ago.

Finding my place in the world of blogging has been a bit of a whirlwind but one I have thoroughly adored, it has among other things allowed me to rediscover my love for creativity and given me a way to document the beauty in my surroundings and through out my life. So, you may notice some design changes on My Ocean Bliss as I implement some of the dreams I have for it, but be assured it will all be for the better.

  1. Well, as you know, this is a subject to which I have been giving some thought ;) I do agree that blogging has been a great way to rediscover creativity (both my own and that of other people), and the class sounds like it has been invaluable (I might have to look into it!). Best of luck with implementing your dreams; I am looking forward to seeing them! xox

    1. Thanks for dropping by Natasha, you should look into Holly's classes. They have been such a great help to me and they are presented with a heavy slant towards creativity, which is very useful for minds like ours. Heather xx

  2. Hi Heather! This is very different from your first mood board, but I still get that mellow, beachy vibe - just a little more refined this time. Looks beautiful!

    1. I'm glad that beach vibe still shows through. Thanks so much for your feed back Stacy, I value your comment greatly especially knowing how much of a beach girl your are yourself. I love what you've been doing on the lacquerie lately too! Heather xx
