That Pandanus Tree at First Point, Noosa

Most visitors are in awe of the magnificent ocean view they are greeted with as they pass from Hastings Street to Main Beach. The beautiful crystal clear water lapping against or if we're lucky enough to have waves, breaking on to the rocks at first Point is enough to make even this local ooh and ahh like a visitor. I see it most mornings and  continue to be as taken by the same sense of serenity that I felt the first time I ever saw it

This though would have to be one of the most photographed Pandanus trees at First Point, Noosa. It is at this tree that one realises they truely are in paradise. This is the tree and the view of the turquoise ocean behind it that stops many in their tracks. If phones and cameras haven't been clicking like mad previous to this point, they certainly will here.

This beautiful Pandanus brings a lot of holiday wow to many, and I for one feel blessed that I get to see it pretty much every day. See if you can find the tree the next time your at Noosa.

Our Busy Little Town & Our Salty Lifestyle

It really doesn't matter how busy our little town gets in January; how crowded our beaches become; how I need to be at Hastings Street before 7am to get a car park or how much longer I need to wait for my morning latte.

When I take in a morning view like this, when I bath in the serenity of the turquoise waters of Summer; when I sit under the shade of a pandanus tree in the company of friends and loved ones; I feel blessed every single day knowing that this is my home and that I can live and enjoy all of this every day of the year.

So it is with this in mind that even in the busy times, I love living in Noosa, our very salty lifestyle and continue to be filled with a feeling of absolute ocean bliss.
